This could be the whole I'm american and your english so I don't understand your english...but do you mean a Lieutenant junior grade(Ltjg. Or O-2 in rank) or an officer on a submarine...

Because she cannot be an Ltjg, if you look at her shoulder boards she it has one half-inch gold stripe. If she were an Ltjg it would have one 1/4 inch gold stripe and one half-inch gold stripe.

She could be on a submarine...but only recently...proud to say we now allow women officers to serve onboard them...they will pave the way for enlisted.


My confusion was does the Royal Navy wear the same uniform as the united states?
